Built in 2008 the "Intense" is the largest boat in the
Dream Catcher Fleet and the hallmark of offshore capable
center consoles in the sub 34 ft range. With a nearly 10
ft beam and 33 ft of vessel this boat is a machine.
Customized to fish anywhere with a 500 mile range there
is little that this boat is not able to do.
Our customers enjoy this boats in many different areas
of our fishing specialties and charters. Capable of
handling up to four persons for offshore and specialty
charters and up to 6 persons for Shark fishing, tarpon
fishing, and our family fun adventure trips.
Powered with twin Mercury 300 Hp Verado Outboards the
"Intense" gets to the fishing grounds quickly and
efficiently. 4 stroke technology was improved years
ahead by the Verado. With supercharged power this motor
develops big power at low RPM keeping the 32 ft
Yellowfin moving along burning little fuel. The
"Intense" has a cruise speed of 40 mph and top speed of
60.

Outfitted with state of the art electronics such as
Garmin Chart plotter and 6 KW radar for finding and
storing over 5000 waypoints for fishing all over the
waters from Key West out to the Dry Tortugas. A special
feature of Full Dopler Radar on boat to warn of
impending bad weather while out fishing to help try and
save the day for our clients.
For bottom fishing we have the Furuno FCV 1100 1,2,or 3K
adjustable color bottom sonar with a 12 inch screen and
bottom mapping technology. This machine is far beyond
the typical bottom fish finding devices you will find on
any of the Key West Charter boats. Coupled with an
experimental AIRMAR R series transducer with 5 sensors
reading clearly at depths of up to 3500 ft you will be
rest assured we wont miss a thing.
With a large hard t-top there is enough shade to offer
those that need it. Seating is abundant but not in the
way of the fishing. Along with the fine array of
electronics there is a very powerful twin sub woofer 16
speaker stereo system made by JL Audio. Matched with not
only Sirius Satellite radio but also XM so you can
listen to what ever you want while you fish, play,
snorkel, or relax on this boat.
To everything is important. The Intense has a built in
ladder that makes easy access in and out of the water.
There is a Small porta potty for those that need it and
there is a ton of cooler space for all your drinks and
food. Dry Storage is easy too, plenty of room to keep
all your stuff not only at hand but dry and safe.
