The reason I’m selling this boat is because I have two of them. I cannot run two boats at one time. The retail number on this boat was $225,000. The boat show special was $215,000. I am selling this boat for $179,000.

Yellowfin 24 CE "Critter" Bay Boat
This Yellowfin 24 CE is the critter version. All of my 24 elephants are critters now this means there is a small Bait well in the forward first hatch that not only holds my shrimp and crabs, but also keep them cool as I have a cooler on both sides of them that keeps my critter well nice and chilly.
The upholstery was done by Yellowfin and is the basic upholstery for 24 foot Bay boat. The leaning post has six rod holders and a 10 inch tacklebox under the seat. The aft bench seat lifts up with super easy access to all the pumps and the bilge.
Hull is all black and not a scratch or ever seen the sun since new (its wrapped)
The Deck is Oyster, All my boats are this color on the deck as it really reduces the glare.
Powered By Mercury Racing
This boat is Powered by Mercury Racing 400R with a 20″ mid section that is one year old and Super low hours (less than 50) with extended warranty still available.
It has an HD gear case with a 1.60 Gear Ratio.
I have a lot of experience setting up the elephant 24 CE and this is without a doubt the best Motor package for all things considered.

Jack plate is a BOBs Machine Shop with a 10″ set back hanging on to the motor.

Electronics
This boat is fully equipped with an amazing array of GARMIN electronics. Two 8612s for your multifunction displays talking to dual transducer a B175 for traditional chirp and deeper water straight down and a GT 51 for side, scan and Clearview to the side an amazing picture quality down to 50 feet
ICOM handles the VHF side of things with a tethered handheld that takes up very little dash space but live is great communications.
The stereo is more than enough with JL Marine two subs and six speakers Bluetooth and display on the dash as well as being linked into the Garmin MFD’s
Trolling Motor Equipment
PowerPole Move is the installed trolling motor. And absolutely amazing piece of equipment. They have certainly fixed everything that was wrong with trolling motors. 2 36 V Lithium Ion batteries from Relion manage the charge fort the trolling motor.
PowerPole Charge manages the charging for those batteries perfectly well making this probably one of the best packages for a trolling motor on any bay boat
Power Poles
This boat is equipped with 10 foot power poles, shallow water anchors mounted on brackets attached to the Bob’s machine shop Jack plate. This is a One Pump system that was new in 2025. The system works very well and leave some more room inside the console where the pumps are mounted not needing two pumps. Everything is run off of remote control for the power poles and the trolling motor together on one remote.
Ameritrail Trailer
This Yellowfin 24 CE comes with a tandem axle Ameritrail boat trailer that has stainless steel brakes and is also in mint condition.
Performance
Add cruising speed of about 42 mph and the right prop this boat gets about 4 miles per gallon. Top speed will be subject to the load that you decide to carry however, empty I have seen numbers of 77 mph. I’m sure if speed is your thing that you could probably work this set up to run faster. The idle is super smooth and the whole shot is very good.
